12 Bells is a modern serviced (optional) 4-bed holiday home (sleeps 9 - 10 comfortably) situated in Milnerton, Cape Town with secure parking.

We offer self-catering accommodation for visitors to Cape Town, South Africa.

12 Bells is less than a 10 minute walk to our very own Milnerton Beach and Lagoon, renowned for it's surfing action.


12 Bells is on the main bus route into Cape Town central. On your doorstep are many shops, banks, doctors and restaurants (incl. fast-food deliveries should you not feel like cooking.)

12 Bells is a 10 minute drive from Ratanga Junction Theme Park as well as Century City Shopping Mall - one of the largest shopping and entertainment malls in the Western Cape.
Grand West Casino, Table Mountain and the V & A Waterfront are within 20 minutes drive.

Our renowned S A Wineries, Gordons Bay and our well-known West Coast holiday resort of Langebaan hosting Club Mykonos Casino/Resort are all pleasurable drives approximately an hour away.

Cape Town's famous Newlands Cricket and Rugby grounds are 20 minutes away together with Milnerton's very own golf course, lawn bowls and canoe club just down the road which boasts a picturesque view of Table Mountain.






History of the name "12 Bells"

My husband owner built our home having completed it after 12 months. He subsequently built a smaller home on the same property (finally having completed it after 8 years) where we now reside.


12 Bells Tariff:

High Season: 1 December to 31 January
R2400.00 per night for the house, sleeps up to 10 persons
Minimum stay of 2 weeks over Festive period

Mid/low Season: 1 Fevruary to 30 November
R1700.00 per night for the house, sleeps up to 10 persons
Minimum stay 2 nights

Easter Tariff same as High Season for the house
Minimum stay 3 nights

Special discounts given depending on length of stay

50% Deposit required with confirmation the balance payable in cash (ZAR) on arrival.

Balance payable in cash (ZAR) on arrival or electronic fund transfer (EFT) payment 1 week before arrival in order for payment to be cleared before occupation.

Please note that rates are subject to change.

We supply linen and bath towels

Domestic help can be arranged for an additional charge.
