12 Bells Holiday House
Is a 4 bedroom self-catering holiday home, offering guests a welcoming atmosphere and is owner managed by us, Cilla and Marius.
We started running our guest house in 2003 and have guests returning many times.
My hubby and I pride ourselves with keeping our home in tip top condition as well as in cleanliness.
We do all our own maintenance of pool/gardens on a daily basis.
The house has a large farm-style kitchen with an eye level oven and glass top stove.
Fridges/freezer, microwave, washing machine are all fitted in the house.
All smaller appliances are on hand and enough cutlery, crockery, pots and pans for your use.

Please take note of the sleeping arrangements:
2 double bedrooms (1 with en suite), 1 single bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 single bedroom with bunk type (not high bunk but roll out bunk as seen in our pictures) beds and a similar bunk bed on an enclosed patio.
We have 1 bathroom en suite and a main bathroom as seen on pictures that consist of a bath, shower, vanity basin and a separate toilet.
We Supply all linen and bath towels for duration of stay.
We are very close to Eateries, shops, banks. Milnerton Beach and Golf course are within walking distance and by car takes about 2 minutes.
Century City is in close proximity to our home and takes about 5 minutes to get there by car.
Doctors and a Day hospital are situated in Century City should the need arise.
We now have the MyCiti bus transport running right past our house and this service takes you to Cape Town CBD as well as to Tableview/Blaauwberg area and lots of other vicinities.

About us....My husband/owner (Marius) built our home and completed it after 12 months (1982) hence the name 12 BELLS.

He subsequently built a smaller home on the property where we now reside and instead of running a guest house, we decided we would do a HOLIDAY HOUSE where families with children are most welcome.

Cleaning services can be arranged for an additional charge.
Secure parking provided behind electronic gate.



There is a large salt water pool as well as a barbecue area.

Full DSTV is available as well as WiFi.


Property Rented as a whole unit.

High Season: 1 December to 31 January
R3600.00 per night for the house, sleeps up to 10 persons
Minimum stay of 2 weeks over Festive period

Mid/low Season: 1 February to 30 November
R2800.00 per night for the house, sleeps up to 10 persons
Minimum stay 2 nights

Easter Tariff same as High Season for the house
Minimum stay 3 nights

Special discounts given depending on length of stay and/or number of persons.

50% deposit required to secure reservation.
Balance payable in cash (ZAR) on arrival or EFT payment 1 week before arrival
In order for payment to be cleared before occupation and keys are handed out.
