* A 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation.
* The balance shall be paid upon arrival.
* The total reservation amount will be charged for non-arrivals.
* Cancellation fees prior to arrival: 21-30 days: 25% cancellation fee 14-21 days: 50% cancellation fee 07-14 days: 75% cancellation fee
0 - 7 days: 100% cancellation fee
If payment/refund is made by bank transfer the banking
fees incurred shall be charged to the client.
* If paying by credit card there shall be an additional charge of
5% levied onto the total amount owing.
* Departure time is 11.00am and arrival time is 2.00pm unless
otherwise arranged.
* Credit card details will be used as a security deposit.
