This trendy, ultra modern ocean facing apartment sleeps 2 people. The bedroom opens up with American shutters allowing lovely sea views from your bed. The bathroom is full en suite. The open plan lounge has a flat screen television with satellite (DSTV) reception, DVD player and broadband internet access is available.
The kitchen is fully fitted and every item in the apartment has been carefully selected for your personal comfort and convenience.
Underground parking for two vehicles is available.

Eden on the Bay is also conveniently situated close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront, 30 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, the renowned Cape wine routes, 10 minutes away from the Milnerton and Atlantic Beach golf courses plus all the many other places of interest that Cape Town has to offer.

The prices quoted above are per night for a minimum 2 night stay.

Tariffs for shorter stays and for periods in excess of 14 days are available on request.

50% deposit secures booking. Balance of payment to be made via EFT or direct bank deposit no later than 7 days prior to arrival.

Check-in after 2 pm and check out before 11 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests made more than 30 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the amount payable for the period booked

Cancellation requests made from 29 to 7 days prior to arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 40% of amount payable for the period booked

No refund will be given for cancellation requests made less than 7 days prior to arrival date
