The house is in a prime part of Simonstown's historic
quarter. As you can see the balcony views are
breathtaking. The famous Boulders
Beach penguins are a walk away, you can see whales
calve in season (October-December) and you get lots of
African wildlife at the Cape Point nature reserve.
Simonstown itself has shops and restaurants, a busy
sailing harbour and a golf course. There are several lovely
beaches nearby, perfect for families, all with Indian Ocean
waters - several degrees warmer than the Atlantic coastline.
