Welcome to 55 Constantia, a luxurious and family friendly Self Catering cottage in Strand. About a
40 minute drive from Cape Town on the N2.
A popular tourist destination, Strand's main attraction is its white, sandy beach known as "The Strand".
The 5 km stretch of beach provides safe bathing and swimming and nearby entertainment parks
offer a supertube, mini-golf and a tidal pool.
Strand is conveniently placed to discover the Cape Peninsula. From here you can easily explore the scenic Boland and the wine routes of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Wellington. The coastal drive to Hermanus, past Gordon's Bay to Betty's Bay is a gorgeous scenic drive and whale watching at Hermanus in season is a must.
Constantia 55 is a 2 bedroom (6 sleeper) unit. (Note that no extra guests are allowed to sleep over than have been booked for in advance.) There is a bedroom with a King size bed and a room with 2 single beds, as well as a double sleeper couch in the Lounge area. It is fully equipped with TV, DSTV, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven etc. 55 Constantia also has a outdoor “braai” facility available.
Linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach/swimming towels.

Base rates
R 400 per night during the week for the unit.
R 700 per night over weekends and school holidays for the unit.
Peak Season: (1 December – 14 January) & Easter Holidays
R1 000 per night
(50 % deposit is required to secure your booking, and the other 50 % is payable before arrival)
The 50 % deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks in advance
