TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take note of our cancellation policy:
Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: forfeit the full deposit.
Cancellation from 14 to 28 days before arrival: forfeit 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation more than 28 days before arrival: fee of 10% of the deposit.

For stays less than 3 nights we charge a cleaning fee, which is included in the rates when quoted.

Any form of Identification and credit card details will be asked for any last minute reservations

World cup rates and cancellation policy are available on request.
