Portico is the newest development in Blaauwberg (January 08) and is situated on the beachfront . There are restaurants and bars alongside this luxury apartment whilst cinemas, a large shopping centre and banks are within
5 minutes by car.

Blouberg is ideal for wind surfing, kite surfing, running, cycling, and many other outdoor activities. Below the apartment is a kite surfing shop (kite hire, lessons and bicycle hire) a delicatessen and restaurant (Jimmy’s Prawns).
