Adderley Terraces J15 apartment is so stunning, that one guest loved it so much he couldn’t resist buying it. This city centre holiday apartment is the perfect base for Cape Town holidays and business trips.

Come and share in this vibrant Cape Town experience and find out if it was the fabulous view of Table Mountain or the rooftop swimming pool and gym that had him hooked. Or perhaps it was the convenience of being at the heart of Cape Town city life, within walking distance of restaurants, tourist attractions, convention centre and business head offices. But of course, it was the apartment itself; a stylish double-volume space with airy lounge, kitchen and dining room, and a king-size bed on the mezzanine floor with en-suite bathroom

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation:
Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the
       total cost) to cover bank charges.
Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).

The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total
       reservation cost).
Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).

Minimum stay
We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation. If a stay of less than three nights is agreed by Afribode Accommodation at no additional cost, a housekeeping fee will be levied.

   From Cape Town Airport, take N2 highway direction Cape Town.
   Continue until you reach the city and take the Strand Street exit.
   Follow Strand Street through two sets of traffic lights.
   At the third traffic lights (a major intersection) turn left into Adderley Street.
   McDonalds will be on your left.
   Continue through the pedestrian lights and two sets of traffic lights.
   You will see Long Market Street on your left and The Adderley building on the corner. You have arrived!
   Park at the entrance. We will meet you here and direct you around the corner to your parking bay.
