| Allegra is a brand new, refurbished 5 bedroom house, second row from the Table View beach. We offer channel views of the Atlantic Ocean and Table Mountain and because we are so close to the beach you can enjoy the roar of the ocean 24 hours a day. It is this sound that has inspired us to name the house Allegra (cheerful sound). To the exterior Allegra has 2 gardens, one 50 square meter (500 square ft) garden at the front of the property and a 30 square meter (300 sq ft) garden at the back surrounding a splash pool with spa bath jets. The entire property has been refurbished to an excellent standard and can be described as very up market with an earthy exterior and modern classy interior. |

| This is a very safe area. Nevertheless we offer 24 hour alarm and armed response services, activated by a small handheld remote. Within walking distance you will find the beach, grocery shops, great restaurants and pubs, which includes a number of English pubs. All within walking distance. |

| The beachfront is popular for runners, walkers and water sport enthusiasts alike. It has been described as one of the best kite-surfing locations in the world and is also home to surfers and rowers. There are safe walkways and lots of local tradesmen and women who offer their traditionally African crafts to locals and visitors at very reasonable prices. |
