Our modern apartments have the ideal location for short or longer stays i.e. Vacation, Breakaways, Business trip, Relocating, or busy with a Project.
he complex offers a recreational area with swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, barbeque facilities, clubhouse with pool table and shade-port parking in front of the unit.
Easy access to the N1 and N7 highways, only minutes away from the City Centre, Waterfront, Beaches, Wine-lands, Canal Walk (Century City), Grand West Casino, Golf courses and the Airport.
Fine Restaurants and Shopping Centres within walking distance.
Airport transfers and Car Hire arrange on request.
APARTMENT A
The apartment consists of open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen. Double bed and walk in cupboard in bedroom. Separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Parking is in front the apartment under shade port. APARTMENT B
The apartment consists of open plan lounge with a sleeper couch and well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom equipped with double bed, second bedroom with single bed. Separate bathroom with shower over the bath. Parking is in front the apartment under shade port. Apartment ideally suitable for a couple plus 2 children under 12 years or alternatively for 3 adults. APARTMENT C
These apartments consist of open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom equipped with double bed, second bedroom, 2 x single beds and 1 x single bed in the 3rd bedroom. Suitable for max. 5 people.
All the apartments have clean linen. We service the apartments once a week and supply clean linen. Towels are not included, but can be arranged at R25 per set per week. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring
your own.
Please note: The rates are per apartment and not per person.
The rate range between R500 – R850 per unit.
We are negotiable depending on the time of year and your length of stay.
Discounted rates for longer rentals.
PAYMENT:
We require 50% deposit to confirm a booking. The balance plus a R500 key/damage deposit is payable on arrival by credit card or cash. Regrettably no cheques accepted. We accept Master and Visa credit cards only. The R500 key/damage deposit will be refunded 3 days after departure and after inspection of
the apartment.
REGRET: NO PETS ALLOWED

Cancellation policy:
In the event of a “no show” or cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following terms will apply:
Less than 7 days before arrival date will forfeit the full deposit. 7 to 14 days forfeit 75% of the deposit.From 14 to 30 days forfeit 50% of the deposit.
With a cancellation, an administration fee of R500
is payable.
No money will be refunded for late arrival or
early departures.
Accommodation is normally ready at 13h00 and needs to be vacated at 10h00. Please phone to arrange if arrival time is later than 18h00.
