Ansela's Place is fully equiped as a self catering apartment but can also be booked as a serviced apartment option with a gorgeous hot breakfast delivered to the apartment daily or served in the renowned "Bowl" restaurant downstairs.
The facilities at Ansela's Place are modern and comprehensive. The open plan kitchen and lounge area offers space and a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The work surfaces are ample and can also double as a dining area. The bathroom is beautifully finished with tiles and has a shower and bath.
The main bedroom is situated on the top landing of Ansela's Place. The carpetflooring in this open plan room ensures a cosy atmosphere while the cupboards are designed to be very unobtrusive. The décor of the room is minimalist with clean lines and soft angles. The queen size bed will revive even the weariest traveler. The bed is flanked by two lamps which lends an element of warmth to the room. The desk is designed to complement the atmosphere and décor. The second bedroom is on the ground floor close to the bathroom and kitchen. The room is comfortable with a double bed and a closet. The soft colours used on the walls give it a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The effective use of lighting and wooden floors adds to the warmth and charm of the room. After a hard day of shopping in Cape Town a good nights' rest is guaranteed. Cancellation Policy The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation: Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges. Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit. Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost). The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date: Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee. Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost). Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost). Minimum stay We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation. If a stay of less than three nights is agreed at no additional cost, a housekeeping fee will be levied.
