An elegant, centrally located, double-volume apartment that is ideal for holiday or business. It is fully equipped with an office alcove. It sleeps 1 - 2 non-smokers.

Antares is a charming, comfortable, 7th floor “loft” apartment in a beautiful art deco building. It is light and sunny with great views over the city and of Lion’s Head through lofty windows.

	There is hot and cold air-conditioning.
	Upstairs is a queen-sized bed with a supportive mattress; a couch downstairs converts to a comfortable bed; bedding and towels are supplied
	The immaculate bathroom has both bath and shower.
	The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering
	There is television with DSTV(Compact).
	There is a small office/study area upstairs.
	Prepaid internet service is available.
	Room cleaning service is available on request at additional cost.
	Laundry service is available on request at additional cost.
	There is an excellent gymnasium on the first floor of the building.
	A rooftop swimming pool is in an adjacent building, linked by aerial walkway.
	Parking is in the linked building.

The apartment is located in the vibrant city centre with easy access to all of the cultural experiences as well as outdoor activities in nature that Cape Town offers:

Within walking distance are sidewalk café’s and good restaurants. The historical Dutch East India Company Gardens with the Cathedral, Houses of Parliament, museums, art galleries, planetarium, beautiful lawns and shrubs, and a tearoom under squirrel frequented trees, is two blocks away. The City Hall, grand parade and shuttle to the Waterfront and Robben Island Ferry are a block away. The Cape Town Tourist Centre, starting point for interesting walking and bus tours, is a five minute walk through largely pedestrian streets and Greenmarket Square, with a colourful mix of artists, fascinating stalls and good shops. The Cape Town Conference Centre is a 15 minutes walk and can also be reached by City shuttle. Street security is provided by video cameras and patrolling mounted police.

Within an easy scenic drive are the Table Mountain Cableway (10 minutes) Atlantic beaches and Kirstenbosch botanical gardens (15 minutes), wine lands and Indian Ocean beaches (30 minutes) Cape Point Nature Reserve and the Penguins (45 minutes). Table Mountain National Park is close by, offering many wonderful walks through indigenous flora (fynbos) that is unique to the Cape Peninsula. For those without cars, transport to these beautiful places can be arranged at the Cape Town Tourist Centre.

Cape Town Central station is two blocks away.
Cape Town International Airport is 20 minutes away

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel your reservation:
	Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit (i.e. 5% of the total cost) to cover bank charges.
	Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 50% (i.e. 25% of the total cost) of the deposit.
	Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).
The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
	Cancellations more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
	Cancellations from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
	Cancellations less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total cost).
Minimum stay
	We have a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 5 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation.
	If a stay of less than three nights is agreed at no additional cost, a housekeeping fee will be levied.
