General Terms & Conditions
Rates are quoted per suite, per night in South African Rand and include accommodation only.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
These rates are subject to change without prior notification, unless a contract is in place.
All suites are serviced daily, but exclude guest laundry.
Above rates include 1 secure parking bay per suite.
Check-in time 14H00 onwards. Check- out time before 10H00.
All suites are NON Smoking suites.
Rates exclude all meals.
R 1000 deposit will be required on check-in. In the case of any breakage, smoking in the apartment loss of
parking disk or any other damages caused to the apartment or property your deposit or part thereof will be
forfeited. Depending on the nature of the damages or cost of repairs you will be liable for any additional cost over
and above the deposit.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 31 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be levied
22 to 30 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
15 - 21 days prior to arrival, 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 14 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of will be charged.
All cancellations are only accepted if received in writing.
