The Apartment is only 200 metres from the beach within easy walking distance. Although it is located on the ground floor, is completely separate from the upstairs main house. It has its own separate entrance, alarm system and sliding door onto the patio/braai area.

Pringle Bay offers several restaurants, two shops with fresh bread daily, a call and collect laundry service, lovely mountain and beach walks as well as hiking trails.

10 km from the famous Harold Porter gardens and Restaurant
30 min from Hermanus, Caledon with historical surrounding area, Somerset West where one of the largest shopping centres is situated viz. The Somerset Mall.
20 min. from Kleinmond, with more restaurants and interesting harbour shops.
See the penguins at Betty’s Bay, whale watching all along the coast or watch the beautiful variety of birds.
Within an hour from Cape Town International Airport, golf courses, several wine routes and the beautiful historical Stellenbosch.

The apartment sleeps 6 and prices range from R600 to R1200 per day depending on:

the time of the year;
the length of your stay;
the number of people.



Prices can be changed without prior notice.
Where deposits have been paid, the price will stay as negotiated with the host.



(a) A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation cost has to be paid immediately by bank deposit/transfer, and
(b) Proof of all payment has to be faxed immediately to 086 650 6037

To gain access to the accommodation:
Guests have to pay

the balance 5 days prior to occupation.
A R500 deposit for possible minor damages to the host’s property.
Proof of payment is to be faxed to 086 650 6037

Refund of possible damages deposit:

The host will refund the R500 deposit to the guest within 7 days of the guest’s exit date, provided

(a) there were no damages to the property, and
(b) the guest supplied the host with his/her full banking details.


Reservations will automatically be released if payment is not made within specified periods.
Cancellation fees will be required, should it take place within:

6 weeks + prior to arrival 25% (of total amount) admin fee
4 weeks + prior to arrival 50% (of total amount) admin fee
2 weeks + prior to arrival or a N0-SHOw 100% (of the total amount) admin fee

Occupancy is from 15:00 (or as arranged with host)
Exit time is at 11:00 (or as arranged with host).
