It is close to the world famous Camps Bay and Clifton beaches, Central Cape Town, Table Mountain & cable car, scenic Chapman's Peak Drive to Cape Point, as well as the Green Point Stadium, V&A Waterfront & tourist information centre. Only minutes from: restaurants, theatre, nightlife, clubs & bars, wine routes, golf courses, health clubs (with related sporting activities), diving, paragliding, parasailing, horse riding, bird watching, historic places of interest, Royal Cape Yacht Club & Cape Town International Airport.
The villa has beautiful views over Bali Bay. You can often watch the whales playing with their young. |

On entering the Villa through the plant lined entrance hall, you will find a formal lounge with an open fire place, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and laundry.
There are 5 bedrooms, comfortably sleeping 10 people, along with 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). Sleeping facilities can also be arranged in another room of a bedroom.
All linen, crockery & cutlery are provided.
The outside areas are fantastic. One terrace is off the lounge, Protected and with braai facilities.
There is another terrace a bit further down towards the garden, covered by a Bougainville Bush. Some steps further you reach the pool, the garden and a wooden deck and the sauna.
Adjacent to the house is a 2 bedroom apartment which can be booked separately as well. |
