This comfortable six bedroom family house is located on a quiet cul de sac with good sea and mountain views and within ten minutes walking distance of Camps Bay beachfront. It is located just beyond the heaving bustle of the beachfront and traffic. It offers terrific flow and space for a large family or families sharing.
The ground floor comprises of a newly furnished lounge with large leather sofas and a fireplace, an 8 seater dining area with tall leatherback chairs, a TV lounge with leather sofas as well as a fully equipped, spacious kitchen with breakfast table. The main living area has sliding doors out to a terrace with barbeque/braai and outdoor dining table and to a lawned area beyond, with sea views. There are also three bedrooms on the ground floor that share two bathrooms.
On the first floor of the house is the master bedroom (en-suite) with a small balcony and a second bedroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning.
There is a sixth bedroom (en suite) on a separate lower ground level.



Facilities for young children are available (large cot, changing table, high chair, etc.). All crockery, cutlery, bed linen and towels are provided. A maid & garden/pool service is also included.
There is also a double garage (lower ground level) with direct access to the house. The house has an alarm system with armed response and full medical support.

Easter Holiday  -  R4650 per day

Minimum stay of 7 nights.A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
