The cottage has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin and a charming living room, with two comfortable leather chairs facing the veranda, with the view of Scarborough and Noordhoek beach beyond. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with a two plate gas hob, microwave/convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine - ideal for the longer stay! The cottage is serviced every fourth day, although laundry and more frequent cleaning can be arranged on request.

Directions from Cape Town Airport: Take the N2 to Cape Town. After the turnoff to Mowbray and Hospital, take the next turnoff left, on to the M3 to Muizenberg. You will pass Cape TOwn University on the right, travel through leafy suburbs and COnstantia Valley and once you are facing Muizenberg Mountain, the road will end at a T-junction traffic light. Turn right at that traffic light, proceed through the following traffic light and bear left at the third, up on to Ou Kaapseweg. This takes you over the mountain; take the first road right: Silvermin Road. Cottage Close is off Quince Crescent, which is off Haven Drive, which is off Silvemine Road.
