The Villa is close (500 meters) to the beach, central Fish Hoek and good
quality restaurants.

The villa boasts 6 spacious en-suite rooms named according to the direction they face. While each room has its own special attributes all rooms have Posturepedic beds, 100% percale cotton linen and down duvets. All the bathrooms have heated towel rails and some the added luxury of Bidets and under
floor heating.

The Kalk Bay suite consists of a bedroom
with en-suite shower and toilet as well as a
lounge. The lounge has a queen size sleeper
couch and a full bathroom. Families usually use
this suite.

All the rooms are fitted with TV’s, hair dryers, safes and tea / coffee making facilities.

While the Villa is wheelchair friendly, Boulders, our ground floor suite, has been specifically designed to meet the
accessibility needs of wheelchair users.



A full English, Continental or health breakfast is served with an emphasis on seasonal fruits.
On site parking and a solar heated swimming pool are some of the added extras.
