The route into the city (the M3) is a few hundred meters away for easy access to the V&A waterfront,the cable car up Table Mountain, Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches.
TEN wine farms are within the area all with superb restaurants!
Walking and cycling from here is safe and Gyms, sports clubs and golf courses abound within minutes!
Trips and tours to the vast array of attractions can be arranged.

THE APARTMENT: Tastefully decorated in modern neutrals. Upstairs, with a large deck overlooking the mountain,1 private bedroom with King extra length bed, modern ensuite with shower & bath in travertine, a living area with 2 sleeper couches, and modern open plan dining and kitchen area, desk, and balconies off bedroom and lounge. Washing machine & tumble dryer. Air conditioning and under floor heating and heated towel rack. Sleeps 1-4

THE MASTER SUITE: All white.Upstairs bedroom with a king extra length sumptuous bed, ensuite with bath and shower. A large balcony with a swing seat overlook the garden, pool and mountain. Air conditioning and under heating. Sleeps 1-2.

THE PATIO SUITE:  Downstairs, A large family room, 1 double and 1 single bed, ensuite with shower. Desk and plenty of cupboards. A large patio leads onto the garden and pool, and provides a magnificent view of the mountain. Air-conditioned/heated. Sleeps 1,2 or 3.

THE COURTYARD SUITE: Downstairs, with a double bed, ensuite with shower over the bath, and a separate kitchen /study area to provide extra space. Enjoys the morning sun. Sleeps 1-2.

THE GARDEN CABANA: Invisible to the world in its own leafy glen at the bottom of the garden, this wooden cabin, is all natural on the outside and white on the inside. Modern shower with jets, light and sound! Open plan living and completely self contained. Gas heating, and fan. It has a queen bed and sleeps 1-2. Can have an extra single bed added.

DIRECTIONS FROM THE AIRPORT: Leave Capetown Int. Airport and follow signage to N2 Highway to Cape Town PASS the Sign to M5 Muizemberg exit. Stay on the N2 keeping generally left and TAKE the M3 South Muizemberg/Kirstenbosch exit. On the M3 South pass the University (UCT) and continue through a set of traffic lights (Newlands/Rhodes Ave) Pass a Shell Service station on your left (Paradise Motors). Continue up the M3 staying left until turning LEFT into Torquay Avenue near the top of the hill. 18A is on the left opposite no 15 DIRECTIONS TO AVENUE TORQUAY From the South Torquay Ave runs between Herschel Walk and the M3 on he Claremont side of the M3 Access from the Constantia side is best achieved by going up Alphen Hill Road from Hout Bay Main Road, along Waterloo, right into Herschel Walk, and left into Torquay at the top of the hill. DIRECTIONS FROM CAPE TOWN: Torquay Ave is accessed directly off the M3, turning left near the top of Edinburough Drive. 18a is a pan-handle on the lower side of the centre block, opposite No 15.
