Located in the leafy and very exclusive suburb of Upper Claremont, the house comprises a stylish and very comfortable self-contained apartment as well as a variety of very attractive en-suite bed and breakfast units, all with separate entrances and plenty of secure parking.

Cape Town’s best shopping, restaurants and cinemas are a mere 2 kilometers away, at Cavendish Square,
and there is very easy access to a highway that will transport visitors to most of Cape Town's
multiple attractions within 15 minutes (off peak driving of course).

Some 15 minutes will take you to all the spectacular beaches for which Cape Town and there are at least
5 World class golf courses even closer.

Best of all, perhaps, the world renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens are just down the road,
and in summer, this is a great venue for weekly open air concerts.
Kirstenbosch also affords the best access to walking Table Mountain!
The fabulous Victoria and Alfred Waterfront is on the doorstep as is Cape Point Nature reserve,
and many an historical vineyard.

Close proximity (2 Kms) to first class medical facilities as well as the availability of professional advice make this an ideal place to recover from surgery in privacy and comfort. Pre-op advice and post-operative care and supervision are offered myself, a pharmacist, specializing in anti-ageing, and by a visiting nursing sister.
Transport to doctors’ appointments and surgery can be arranged, and in addition special meals can be arranged,
if necessary. Hide away and relax here, or enjoy private outings, arranged especially for you!
