Luxury bed and breakfast accommodation offering two double bedrooms both have en suite, shared satellite TV, underfloor heating. The bedrooms have an interlinking door for family guests or those staying with friends (opened on request). |
This double bedroom is pool side, these guests may sit inside with the patio sliding doors open and can almost dip there feet into the sparkling crystal clear water, or may sit out on the patio area, looking onto the salt water pool. |

The second double bedroom has its own patio and small secluded garden, or may share the main garden, patio and pool. |

Full English or continental breakfast is served in the guest dining room overlooking the main garden, patio and pool. Or it may be served alfresco on the patio.
Every effort is made to make guests very comfortable and packed lunches / home cooked evening meal / washing & ironing or even hair dressing (by a professional hair dresser) are offered by arrangement. Tea and coffee are available in the guest dining room. |

There is safe off street parking and the grounds has security fencing. Each accommodation has its own entrance through patio doors and ADT security entry/exit touch screen.
Within easy reach are Newlands rugby and cricket stadiums, Cape town, V&A Waterfront, Cableway. Only minutes away are restaurants, shops, cinema, vineyards, golf courses, beaches, with many other tourists attraction close by. |
