The house offers fantastic panoramic views of the Indian Ocean from each room. 	Bedroom Three The third bedroom has twin beds and good sea views.
	Family Room There is a comfortable family room on the level with direct access to the lower BBQ patio and garden
	Family Bathroom The modern family bathroom comprises of bath and shower which services the two lower bedrooms. Sleeps maximum 6 people

	30 days before arrival : In the event of cancellation your deposit will be refunded at prevailing exchange rates less an amount of 20% of the total rental

	8-30 days before arrival : In the event of cancellation 100% of the total rental will be forfeited unless we are able to secure another booking – less 10% administration fee.
