The guest house / self catering units are situated on a seafront plot and approximately 30m from the sea. No houses or roads between Baviana Beach Lodge and the sea. Jacobsbaai has typical west coast style houses and buildings with mostly rock beaches and bays, but also white sand beaches, spectacular sunsets and a breathtaking wildflower season.

1 Double bed in Bedroom. 1 Sleeper coach, round table with 4 chairs and TV in lounge. Shower, basin and toilet. Kitchen. Ground floor. (Jutten is above Meeuw) Sea view from bedroom window and lounge window and front door.

1 Double bed, 2 Single beds, round table with 4 chairs and TV in one big room on top floor – this is also the living area (loft room) (Meeuw under Jutten). Stairs. Bath, basin and toilet in loft room. Kitchen on ground floor (under the stairs). Sea view from window in loft room and front door in the kitchen.

1 Double bed in Bedroom on top floor (loft room). Shower, basin and toilet in loft room (en-suite). 1 Sleeper coach, round table with 4 chairs and TV in lounge/open plan kitchen on ground floor. Stairs Sea view from front door.

1 Double bed and 2 Single beds in open plan room. Shower, basin and toilet (en-suite). Kitchen with small built-in table with 4 chairs and TV in open plan room. Very little sea view, but only 20 seconds from the sea.

Jacobsbaai is a beautiful isolated bay a few kilometres north of Saldanha Bay with a sea frontage of about 2km and a very pleasant climate all year round. Its interesting coastline has peninsulas, rocky and sandy bays with cosy beaches and an abundance of seafood, crayfish, fish, mussels and abalone. Jacobsbaai is often referred to as “Namaqualand by the sea”, since its wild flowers are breathtakingly beautiful in spring. The units are next to each other and not apart. Self catering units are equipped with the following:

		Separate, outside entrance/door to each unit.
		Bedding, towels, kitchen utensils (crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, electric frying pan, etc.), hair dryer.
		TV Channels: SABC1, 2, 3, ETV, MNET, DSTV. (DSTV-channel is determined by guest house.)
		Microwave oven, Fridge/freezer.
		The units are ideal for 2 persons, but each unit is equipped for 4 persons (more than 4 persons per unit are not allowed).
		The average floor space of each unit is ±50m².
		No pets allowed.
		Each unit has an outside braai with lights, grids and wooden tables/benches.
		Parking.

	Walking trails, boat trips, water sports, fishing, crayfish catching, swim, cycling, 4 X 4 routes, bird watching, flowers and whales in season.				St Helenabaai, Stompneusbaai, Paternoster, Velddrif, Dwarskersbos, Saldanha, Langebaan (casino and Potsberg Nature Reserve), Langebaanweg (fossil park).
