Bay Cottage is a compact and neat self- catering holiday home sleeping 6. It is situated 5 minutes walk away from the 1,5 km white sands of Fish Hoek beach, near Cape Town, South Africa.

It is an ideal base from which to experience many of the vacation activities for which Fish Hoek and its environs are well known.

The self-catering cottage is situated in a walled, secure complex and consists of:
	Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom
	2 smaller bedrooms each sleeping two
	Main bathroom
	Open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen
	Double garage
	Other items include: washing machine, tumble drier; house alarm and wall safe

Bay Cottage has the following available: TV, HIFI player, portable barbeque unit; The games area in the garage provides:
	Snooker/pool table
	Table tennis table
	Kerim (finger) board
	Darts
Bedding and towels are supplied and beach towels may be hired.

Holiday Activities:

The swimming in False Bay waters is safe for the very young. When the surf's up, it is exciting enough for the adventurous boogie boarders and surfers. For those who prefer a more leisurely style of holiday there are easy walks on Fish Hoek beach, whale watching (September - November), hiking and caving on nearby mountains, snorkeling in the rocky coves of the bay.

Close by there is the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach, Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, horse riding in the Noordhoek Valley, the world renowned scenic Chapman's Peak Drive, historic Simonstown and the Constantia Wine Route. All within 10 to 20 minutes drive. Further afield: V & A Waterfront, and the airport are within 30-40 minutes drive

	Bookings and Payment • NO credit card payments are accepted. • 50% of accommodation - payable in advance, by bank deposit/transfer (with proof of deposit) or bank guaranteed cheques. This will confirm your booking. • R800 breakage fee is payable on arrival. Breakage deposit refunded after inventory check, by post/bank transfer after your stay. • Bookings for 10 days to 1 month in mid or low season will be given a 5% discount. • Bookings of longer than 1 month (except high & peak) will be given a 15% discount. • Cancellation details - contact us • We reserve the right to alter tariffs without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected by changes. Other features • We are wheel chair friendly • Bed linen, bath towels, kitchen cloths provided. • Beach towels may be hired at R2/person/day. • The cottage is entirely self-catering and is not serviced. • This is a non-smoking environment. • Check in time 3pm and check out time 10am.
