   
   
Bayside is situated in the lovely town of Langebaan and is a mere 100 metres from the beach. The house is situated in Main Street in a small complex called Langebaan Villas. The complex is fenced in and entrance is gained through a remote controlled security gate. Bayside is directly opposite the popular Friday Island Restaurant and the Cape Sports Centre from where they offer water sports for
young and old. |

The house offers 3 bedrooms with comfortable double and single beds. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and shower. The third bedroom has a shower, toilet and basin.
2 Bedrooms lead out of the living area and the third bedroom with the 2 single beds lead out of the single garage, which has direct access from the living area.
All linen and bath towels are supplied. You only bring your own beach towels. |

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with cutlery, crockery, stove, microwave oven, fridge, dish washer, kettle and toaster.
The lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with a TV and the full DSTV package. There is also a built in braai in the living area.
There is a single garage for use by guests. A washing machine is also available in the garage.
The back yard is fully paved with an under roofed braai area and an outside shower with hot and cold water. |
