   
This house is situated in Susan Road, Pringle Bay on the seafront overlooking the entire beach and False Bay. As you enter the house you will be blown away by the spectacular view.
The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open plan.
Leading from the kitchen is a large braai area with a pizza oven and built in braai with an outside sink, tables and benches. |

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave,
two fridges, dishwasher and all the
necessary cooking utensils. There is a
window leading out to the braai area for
your convenience.
