From the automated double garage you will enter the double hall way which leads onto the living room.

The spacious, beautifully furnished open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a cosy fireplace leads onto a private enclosed garden courtyard with an enticing 8 seater jacuzzi, built-in-braai (barbeque) and accompanying garden furniture. Perfect for entertaining or simply unwinding and relaxing.

The lounge is equipped with Satellite TV, Stereo, CD and DVD player

A stylish modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops includes an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience.

The upper level consists of :

	Spacious main bedroom (queen size bed) with en-suite bathroom leading onto a big balcony with a view of Table Mountain and Big Bay.
	Spacious 2nd bedroom comprises 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is located downstairs with a double bed that leads onto the private garden courtyard and comes with an adjacent bathroom

All bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with linen and towels.

A weekly house cleaning service is provided.

	Blouberg is the ideal place for wind surfing, kite surfing, running, cycling, golfing, fishing and many other outdoor activities.
	In close proximity there are 2 golf estates: Milnerton Golf course (15 km) and Atlantic Beach Golf estate (8 km).
	Supermarkets and shops a ten minute walk or two minute drive.
	The area also has many beach restaurants and bars which cater for every individual need.
	20 km from Blouberg lies Cape Town city centre and the spectacular V & A Waterfront
	Cape Town also has the largest shopping centre, Canal Walk, in the Southern Hemisphere with more than 400 outlets and is a mere 10 km away
	Simultaneously it allows easy access to the wine routes; the closest, Durbanville 15 km and Stellenbosch and Paarl approximately 40 km

	During December and January we require a minimum stay of 2 weeks
	50 % Deposit to secure a booking is payable in advance at the time of booking. Balance is required upon arrival. We also require a refundable breakage deposit of R3500 upon arrival
	Cancellations: 50 % of the deposit will be refunded if cancelling more than eight weeks before arrival.
	100 % of the deposit will be forfeited if cancelling within eight weeks of arrival.
