Situated 15 minutes from Cape Town's city centre, the Waterfront (Robben Island terminal) and the Table Mountain cable station. Less than 100 metres from the beach with pubs and restaurants within walking distance. |
The units share a double garage, ample outside parking, small walled garden with jungle gym and a swimming pool, and each unit has DSTV, it's own seperate entrance and a dedicated outside barbeque.
The upper unit has breathtaking views of Table Mountain and Robben Island, two double bedrooms, 1½ bathrooms, big TV lounge with a double sleeper couch and an inside barbeque, and a big, fully equipped kitchen.
The lower unit has limited sea and Table Mountain views, two double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, TV lounge, two bathrooms and a small kitchen. |
