The Blue Hammock is situated within hearing distance of the incoming tide at the infinite Long Beach in Noordhoek, Cape Town, and looks directly onto Chapman’s Peak.

With beautiful sunsets, long days, quiet mornings and endless mountain views, the Blue Hammock offers a comfortable and soul-restoring holiday break for families, a romantic getaway for couples, or a recharging stopover for the weary traveller.

Let your hair down, feel the beach sand between your toes, have a drink on the hammock, put some wors on the braai, read a book…relax!

For the more energetic, the 10km beach is just 600m away (6 min walk) and Chapman’s Peak is just around the corner for walking, jogging, horse riding or mountain biking. For the water babies, Noordhoek beach is perfect for kite surfing. Experienced surfers will find Noordhoek’s waves a technical challenge, and beginners can learn on the waves at Muizenberg just 20mins away, which is the best surf learning beach in the world. |
