It overlooks The Famous Boulders Beach which is home to the protected African Penguin Sanctuary and safe white sandy beaches. We are situated 37km from Cape Town & 2km from Simon’s Town almost at the foot of the African Continent and Cape Point.

Boulders Beach House is a modern
double story beachfront villa.
It consists of 2 separate self-catering apartments
each with own entrance rented separately
or together.

Boulders Beach House is able to sleep
14 guests comfortably –

8 Guests in the Downstairs Apartment
6 Guests in the Upstairs Apartment
4 spacious bedrooms,
2 bathrooms with bath and shower and
a large open plan kitchen and living area which is fully equipped with
Microwave, stove, dishwasher and washing machine.
All rooms are simply decorated for perfect holiday living and leads out to a large wooden deck for relaxing in the sun and outdoor entertaining where you can savor the ever changing sunrises.
Romantic sunsets or the sight of the path of the full moon reflected on the ocean that will leave you breathless while enjoying a barbeque with loved ones and friends.

2 double bedrooms + 1 mezzanine bedroom all 3 bedrooms have beautiful views to wake up to. 1 bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other 2 have 2 single beds each.
All rooms are simply but beautifully decorated for perfect holiday living and the Main bedroom lead out onto a large wooden balcony with magnificent elevated sea views.
2 bathrooms – 1 with bath and shower and
1 with shower with ocean views.
A large open plan kitchen and living area (lounge and
dining room) which is fully equipped with Microwave,
stove, oven and dishwasher.
Boulders Beach House has - Full Satellite TV for lazy afternoons or after a long day at the beach...
Swimming Pool and Lawned Garden.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean. Watch the
whales in season from your patio breaching and
frolicking with their young - an amazing
sight to behold.

This seaside holiday home is quietly nestled, perfect
for a relaxing family seaside holiday; it is positioned footsteps from safe unspoilt warm swimming beaches
of False Bay. Enjoy an early morning swim with the penguins at Boulders Beach.

25% deposit is required to confirm booking and balance
on arrival.

We are ideally situated to explore the delights of the
Western Cape from Cape Point 15minutes away to the
Winelands 45min
Rates subject to change without notice

Balance 30 days before arrival when a refundable breakage deposit of R550-00 is also payable
We prefer payment by direct bank transfer.

Cleaning fee of R450 per booking for service and laundry on departure
Check In: 2.00 pm or by arrangement. Late arrivals (after 8pm will be charged an extra R150-00)
Check Out: 10.30 am latest or by arrangement
Boulders Beach House is a non smoking house. We would be most grateful if you respected our wishes in this regard. You are welcome to smoke outside or on the balconies
The house is serviced twice a week for a stay of
7 days and longer.
If you would like a daily cleaning service, this can be arranged at R150/day.
