Cape Town is a stunning city and we are well situated for you to enjoy all it has to offer in the way of sight seeing, shopping or gourmet food delights.

Bradclin House guests have secure parking inside the grounds, each suite has it's own entrance.

The "Feathers" suite consists of a bedroom with double bed, well equipped kitchen with two-plate mini stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer section, kettle, and toaster and all cutlery & crockery. The comfortable lounge has DSTV, a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books. The bathroom has a bath and shower plus a separate toilet. The lounge, bedroom, and kitchen have wall heaters. Doors from both bedroom and lounge open to the private garden area. All linen and towels are provided.

•		Pinelands has an excellent hospital, Vincent Pallotti.
•		Old Mutual Head office is literally just around the corner from
		Bradclin House.
•		The Epping and Ndabeni Business districts are within a
		5-10 minute drive.
•		Pinelands has it's own shopping centre, Howard Centre.
•		All the major banks are represented - Standard, Absa, FNB, Nedbank.
•		PostNet and Post Office are both at the centre.
•		Restaurants and coffee shops cater for those hunger pangs!
•		Mowbray and Rondebosch Golf courses are very close by for the
		leisure hours.
•		Canal Walk (the largest shopping centre in Cape Town) is approx
		15-20 minutes -drive for all those gifts you might need.

The "Captain's Cabin" suite is twin bedded with a sunroom equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery, TV and reading material. A large private bathroom with a corner bath encourages you to relax from the stresses and strains of modern life!

The "Pelican Post" Unit (Studio Apartment)

This unit is ideally suited to the business traveller or shorter stay holiday maker.

This Self-Catering Unit offers bright, open-plan living. Double bed, comfortable seating, large screen TV for the Sports fanatics (with DVD player and full DSTV) the bathroom has a shower, and the kitchenette is fully equipped.

The unit offers a lovely mountain view, its own entrance, own alarm system and privacy.

This unit is accessed via a Spiral Staircase so is not suitable for the elderly.

No children allowed in this unit.

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar provided. Breakfast Trays R40.00 per person per day.

Laundry facilities, Internet access, international plugs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, electronic safe are available. Airport transfers can be arranged for a nominal fee.

From Cape Town International airport, take the N2 towards "City" Turn off at the Jan Smuts exit, stay in the right hand lane and take the Pinelands turn-off. Continue along Jan Smuts until the first traffic lights where you turn left into Forest Drive, Pinelands. Turn left at the next traffic lights, immediately right into the Forest Drive service road, which runs parallel to Forest drive. Drive down one block, turn left into Margaret Place. Bradclin House is a double-storey, the second house on the left marked 20 on timber driveway gates.
