 The apartments have panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and the Cape Town Stadium. With full sun throughout the day at the front and a partly shaded balcony/courtyard facing Signal Hill, both apartments have facilities for eating either in the dining area or 'al fresco.' |
 The location is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of Cape Town and its surrounds. With all modern conveniences incorporated in a traditional Victorian house, your stay will be one of easy comfort and enjoyment. |

We will happily look after your luggage in the event of an earlier arrival or later departure. |

A 50% deposit is requested to secure the booking. |

The balance of your account should be paid on or before arrival. |

 A refund can only be agreed if the booking is cancelled in writing (e-mailed cancellations must receive an acknowledgement) 14 days or more prior to arrival AND after the apartment has been re-let for the period of your booking. In all other cases, deposits cannot be refunded. |
