 The fully furnished and equipped luxury apartments can each
sleep 2 to 4 guests with a cosy, flexible configuration. They can
also be combined to accommodate parties of up to 8 guests.
Situated on the first and second floors, we are well secured
for your peace of mind.

 The apartments have panoramic views of the
Atlantic Ocean, Robben Island and the
Cape Town Stadium. With full sun throughout
the day at the front and a partly shaded balcony/courtyard facing Signal Hill, both
apartments have facilities for eating either in
the dining area or 'al fresco.'

 The location is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of Cape Town and its surrounds. With all modern conveniences incorporated in a traditional Victorian house, your stay will be one of easy comfort and enjoyment. |

We will happily look after your luggage in the event of an earlier arrival or later departure. |

A 50% deposit is requested to secure the booking. |

The balance of your account should be paid on or before arrival. |

 A refund can only be agreed if the booking is cancelled in writing
(e-mailed cancellations must receive an acknowledgement) 14 days
or more prior to arrival AND after the apartment has been re-let for the
period of your booking. In all other cases, deposits cannot be refunded. |
