This delightful bright fully furnished two bedroomed Camps Bay beach front apartment is on the first floor of a small two storied complex. The apartment allows privacy and calm whilst being very close to the beach front entertainment hub of Camps Bay. There is no need for a car as it is just a few steps to the beach, and all amenities (restaurants, beach bars, chemist, food stores, gym, Theatre on the Bay etc.) are just a short beach (minutes) walk away. 10 minutes by car takes you to the world renowned V&A Waterfront and in 30 minutes one is the Winelands. Take a helicopter or luxury boat tour of the peninsula from Hout Bay or the Cape Town Harbour – both 15 minutes away by car.       Sip a glass of wine and dine with friends while overlooking the beach; read a book whilst lazing on the lawn next to the beach or swim in the sea or in the rock pool directly in front of the apartment. Enjoy the swimming pools and garden in the complex. Walk or jog for miles on the mountains (12 Apostles) or along the coast to Bakoven and Llandudno. Gym facilities and Internet access one minute’s walk from your doorstep. This is hang gliding, kayaking and surfing country. The apartment has uninterrupted sea views where one can watch the summer sun set over the Atlantic Ocean as the evening envelopes the bay.       The apartment offers comfortable accommodation for four people in two bedrooms (double bed in each), one en-suite (shower, vanity, toilet) plus a second bathroom (bath, vanity, toilet). The light wood floors in the bedrooms and the tiled living area allow a clean yet warm ambiance to this summery apartment. The elegantly recently refurbished and decorated open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room reflect the subtle hues of the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and valuables safe. 48-channel satellite TV is an optional extra. Secure parking bay on your doorstep. Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Domestic assistance can be arranged. Unless otherwise arranged, premises may be occupied from 2PM on day of arrival and vacated by 10AM on day of departure. Individual needs will be accommodated where possible. |
