Your hosts Philip and Sandra Engelen are originally from Cobham in Surrey England who
moved to Cape Town 3 years ago after successfully running Greyton Lodge in Greyton, for
fourteen years.
Brooklands House has four beautifully furnished bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom and not forgetting modern day comforts, heated towel rails, individual satellite television, wireless internet, refreshment tray, minibar and digital safes. |

Guests have the use of the elegant sun room which looks onto the lovely garden leading to the swimming pool and Boule court. In summer breakfast will be served in the Garden, winter in the dining room with a log fire burning.
The Guest House is ideally situated to all tourist attractions, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Newlands cricket and rugby grounds, V&A Waterfront, UCT, CTICC, Mowbray and Rondebosch Golf courses. Cape Town airport is a 10 To 15
minute drive.
Just within a five minute walk from Brooklands House are six or more cosmopolitan restaurants, Thai, Chinese, Greek and Indian. |

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation cost is calculated from the day prior to arrival,
as follows:
1. Non-arrival or Premature departure: 100% of total accommodation
2. 00 days to 07 days prior to arrival: 100% of total accommodation
3. 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival 75% of total accommodation
4. 14 days to 21 days prior to arrival 50% of total accommodation
5. 21 days to 30 days prior to arrival 25% of total accommodation |
