The house borders Table Mountain Nature Reserve and there is a gate from the garden leading directly into the reserve from where one can start one of the many hikes or even walk to the top of Table Mountain itself.

The lounge leads to a wind protected terrace with built-in combo barbeque (charcoal and gas). A few steps down is the pool and the garden with a built-in trampoline and jungle gym for the younger guests. The kitchen is open plan with a big island and granite tops.
