The classically decorated, light , airy lounge and dining areas open to a balcony with stunning views of the city through to Devils Peak Mountain. The apartment is surrounded by a leafy, historic Milkwood tree providing privacy and a charming ambience. Flat screen satellite television, hifi system and DVD and overhead fan.
The granite top kitchen offers new oven/hob, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, fridge, cutlery, crockery, kettle and toaster. The apartment block is secure and off street parking is accessed by remote control. Cape Alexander is a non-smoking apartment but smoking is allowed on the balcony.

Rates are from R590 per night, two persons sharing in the low season (May – August)
An additional charge per extra person per night will be levied – maximum 4 persons.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Booking cancelled more than 91 days prior to the arrival date pay no cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival date pay 25% cancellation fee.
Booking cancelled between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date pay 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date pay 100% cancellation fee.
In the event of a premature departure, the full original booking quote will be charged.
All cancelled bookings are subject to a minimum 5% administration fee.
Refunds and waiver of cancellation fees are at the discretion of the owners and the ability to re-let
the apartment. |
