Our cancellation policy:
Refunds on cancellations are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re let the apartment and the nature of the cancellation, otherwise the following applies:
	Cancellation of your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival, you are liable for 100% of the full amount
	Cancellation 7 – 21 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the full amount.
	Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival, you will be liable for 30% of the full amount.
	All refunds are subject to a R150.00 administration fee
