St. John's Terrace 6 is a comfortable self catering townhouse in the vibrant suburb of Green Point. The 3 bedroom, double story house comfortably sleeps 6 to 13, and provides ideal self catering accommodation for large and small groups, and is available for both long and short term rentals.

We are centrally located in Green Point, being the first suburb out of Downtown on the Atlantic side of the Cape Peninsula, in a quiet Victorian street, and as such are ideally situated for quick and easy access to the city and its nightlife, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point with its restaurants and beaches, Clifton and Camps Bay, a superb gym and all major freeways. The largest outdoor market in South Africa is held every Sunday just down the road.



Accommodation consists of three well appointed bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with two singles. Two look out over the slopes of Signal Hill and the third has views of the Atlantic Ocean and Robben Island.








There's parking for 1 car behind a remote garage door with direct access into the lounge, and security throughout the house is total, with a safe for valuables in the main bedroom.

We have 2 hot water cylinders, meaning an endless supply of hot water. There's a telephone, and access to computer, the internet, e-mail and fax facilities on the premises. And an outside patio with wash lines.

Wherever you go in the house you'll be intrigued by the large and attractive collection of art and ornaments from every corner of the world. All are originals and have been collected by the owner on his many travels abroad.		 All have full en-suite bathrooms and balconies. The upstairs living area can be cleared to take up to 4 single beds when required. All bedrooms are heated and have fans for warmer days.

The spacious downstairs area consists of a bright and sunny open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen plus a guest bathroom. The lounge has a television with M-net, a VCR, DVD and music centre, and a double sleeper couch. Literally hundreds of movies and DVD’s are available quite freely
upon request.

The dining area can seat 10 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine / dryer combo, dishwasher, under counter oven with extractor fan, a large refrigerator,
and microwave.







2013/2014

Minimum rate per night of R1185 for 1 - 3 people.

Thereafter R395 per person per night.

From mid-December 2013 until mid-January 2014 R4000 per night for up to 10 people.
Thereafter R300 pp pn up to 14.
