Cargoes is a spacious and comfortable home nestled in the Noordhoek mountainside and enjoying spectacular views of Chapman's Peak and the famous 6-km-long Noordhoek beach. The house sleeps 8 in two double bedrooms (with ensuites) and two twins. The living room, with its cosy fireplace, opens on to a gorgeous balcony, and the family sunroom leads to a lovely fynbos garden with shady lapa and outdoor braai.
Noordhoek, at the heart of the Cape Peninsula, offers something for everyone: surfing, hiking, horse riding and mountain biking for the sports-minded; craft stalls and galleries for art fans; rich and varied birdlife and the Table Mountain National Park for nature enthusiasts; vineyards and restaurants for wine lovers and gourmets; and cinemas, playgrounds and traditional seaside fun for families.

Take the N2 towards Cape Town and leave at the Muizenberg turn-off (M3). Follow the M3 to its end and turn right at the T-junction. Take the second left (M64) signposted Fish Hoek and Simon's Town - Ou Kaapse Weg - over the mountain pass. About 4km from the pass summit, turn right. Take the first right (Paddock Avenue) and then the first left (Emerald Drive). Follow Emerald Drive uphill as it bends right and then left. Cargoes is number 18, on the left-hand side, opposite a children's playground and with a large palm tree outside.
Please note that the scenic Chapman's Peak pass into Noordhoek via Hout Bay
may be closed in rainy weather.
