Experience a wonderful sunrise over False Bay while enjoying breakfast on the large enclosed verandah and in season watch the Southern Right whales playing in the waves outside your window. We can accommodate 4 persons in two bedrooms. We regret no young children can be accommodated. This is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed. The following facilities are on offer: Large main bedroom with twin beds opening onto the verandah which faces the sea. Second bedroom has a queen size bed and mountain view. Bed linen and towels provided. Bathroom with toilet, basin and bath with overhead shower. Spacious lounge / dining room opening onto the verandah with beautiful views across the bay from Muizenberg to Cape Point. A well appointed kitchen with crockery and cutlery. Only street parking available in parking bays. The apartment is on the top floor and is accessed by two flights of stairs and is not really suitable for very old or infirm persons. Daily maid services on request. Carisbrooke Court is on Main Road and situated a stone's throw from the St James Railway Station and Tidal Pool and within easy reach of both Muizenberg and Kalk Bay where there are a number of excellent restaurants, galleries, museums, novelty shops, and convenience stores. The sunrise over the Hottentots Holland mountains is warm and invigorating while the heat of the setting western sun is broken by the shadow of Steenberg mountain creating a lovely mellow atmosphere conducive to sipping a glass of excellent Cape wine on the verandah while looking out over False Bay. For the energetic there are walks along the sea or hiking up Steenberg with magnificent views from the top.
