Dolphin and whale sightings are commonplace in this area of Camps Bay – Whale season is between August and October. Opposite the dining room is a tea room with marvellous sea views.

The upper level of the villa consists of a spacious, beautifully furnished lounge, equipped with Hi-Fi, DVD player, satellite TV and video machine. Renovated to the highest standards, the kitchen and bathrooms are immaculate. The kitchen boasts granite counters and includes a coffee machine, fridges, microwave, stove, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A large, heated pool has awesome views of the sea and mountain. If you are vacationing with children, the pool has a cover for your peace of mind. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are provided, including a BBQ.
Free broadband ADSL is available at no charge, so be sure to bring your laptop along.
A remote controlled garage can accommodate two cars plus there is off-street parking for another 2 cars. There are state-of-the-art, electronic motion detectors as well as 24hr armed / medical response.

This level houses three bedrooms all en suite, plus a guest bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms open onto the pool area with great sea views.
