The house has four bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms with toilets; three en-suite. It sleeps up to 7 guests privately
(10 in all).

One of the bedrooms upstairs has a bath and shower room with toilet and bidet. It also has DSTV with PVR.

The other upstairs bedroom has a TV, bar fridge and microwave. Both bedrooms have under-carpet heating and heated towel rails for winter. They lead out on to a spacious, mountain viewing balcony that is a delightful breakfast venue in summer.

The house downstairs has a large, airy living room with fireplace and a TV room with DSTV, PVR and DVD/Video players. It has a dining room that seats up to 10 people and a beautiful new kitchen, fully fitted with stove, microwave, two refrigerator/freezers and dishwasher.




We are centrally situated* in a quiet residential area, five minutes walking distance from the Keurboom Park leisure and sporting complex and from Belvedere Square, a charming local shopping village. The Newlands Sports Stadiums are a 15 minute walk away.

We are also only a short drive to the popular Cavendish shopping mall, to the City Soccer Stadiums, to the Rondebosch Golf Club and to the world-renowned Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens.

The area is served by many excellent restaurants that cater for a wide variety of tastes.

& 1 Sept to 30 Nov		 Mid Season From R 270 per person
1 June to 31 Aug Low Season From R 220 per person

Groups of up to 5 people may choose a more economical option by renting the lower level of the house only.
Room only is available at R350 per person.
