Clifton Blue Villas is a
beautiful beachside villa,
approximately l50m above
the famous Clifton beaches,
with breathtaking views of
the Atlantic Ocean and the
Twelve Apostles mountains.

It's only a 10 minute drive from Cape Town's city centre and the Waterfront,
and less than 1 hour to the Winelands. Some of Cape Town's finest restaurants
and bistros are within walking distance.

It's the perfect venue from which to explore the many attractions of the Cape, or to just relax on the large terrace by the pool or in the jacuzzi.
On entering this stylish villa the first overwhelming impression is one of sea, sky and light. Quite often one can see dolphins and whales frolicking below.

The spacious interior (230 sq.m.) allows one to pursue one's lifestyle in an ambience of peace and elegance. Finishes and furnishings are immaculate. There is a B & O Sound System in the lounge, kitchen and main bedrooms, and Satellite TV with over 40 English and 6 German channels. Should one have business to conduct, there is a desk with Fax and a Computer linked to the Internet.

Minimum of 7 days - 50% Deposit on confirmation, balance on arrival.
In addition, a R5000 deposit is required to cover telephone and Internet charges
and any breakages. Refundable 1 month after visit.
