This Amazing 3 bedroom Villa, located high up in a prime position in Clifton, gives this magnificent property the most unique sea and mountain views imaginable.
The villa is accessed by two veniculars which take you up to the main entrance of the house.

The lower level of the villa consists of a lounge and dining area which opens up onto a large veranda with a pool and entertainment area. The lounge and dining room is a large open-planned area with beautiful Italian & Indonesian styled finishes. The lounge is split into two areas, with the first area being the TV area and the second being the formal sitting lounge.

Both front bedrooms have amazing sea views with large sliding doors that bring the view in.

    2 are en suite, 1 is across the hall. The Main Room
    has a shower and bath, the others have only one of
    the former
