This affordable three bedroom beach house with wrap around balcony overlooks Clifton's beautiful beaches and also has a magnificent views of Lion's Head. Sleeps a maximum of 5 people.

Situated about 60 steps up from Third Beach, this charming beach house is built on two levels. The upstairs area consists of an
open-plan fully-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area and lounge, and is decorated in light wood and
neutral fabrics.

Large sliding doors open on to the patio where one will discover the most amazing views of the ocean and the beaches below.
This view is particularly magical at sunset and can be enjoyed at any time of the year no matter what weather conditions
prevail. Summer or winter, this view is breath-taking. This upstairs level also has a guest toilet as well as a bedroom with a
double bed.

An outdoor barbecue allows for great entertaining and lazing on the sun loungers during the summer months.

The downstairs area combines calming interiors with the cool ambiance of a garden courtyard. The main bedroom has a queen
size bed and the room opens onto the courtyard where there is an outdoor shower. A third bedroom has two single beds. A small laundry is also situated on this level.
Seascape is well-situated just 40 steps up from Third-and-a-Half Beach and 60 steps from the larger Third Beach. Both these beaches oöer relaxed sun-bathing and have full facilities like showers and umbrella and sun-lounger rentals.
Seascape is a comfortable beach house for up to 5 people and is available all year round. This is also a perfect romantic location for a couple on honeymoon looking for a relaxing get-away.
