Directions from Cape Town International Airport: From Cape Town International Airport, follow the N2 towards central Cape Town and turn left onto the M3 signposted 'Muizenberg'. From the end of the M3 (which goes past Rondebosch, Newlands, Constantia, Tokai) go left towards Fish Hoek. Take the main road along the coast, through Muizenberg and Kalk Bay. Boyes Drive offers a scenic alternative (with stunning views of the Indian Ocean and False Bay) and brings you out at the end of Kalk Bay (from the end of Boyes Drive turn right). The turning to Clovelly is immediately after Kalk Bay. Take your first left off Clovelly Road into Montrose Avenue and you will find the B&B guest house at the end on the right - Number 40. Self-catering guests should check in here too. Directions from Central Cape Town: From Central Cape Town, follow the M3 or N2 out of town and take the M3 towards Muizenberg after these two roads join by the hospital and then separate again. From the end of the M3, follow directions as from the Airport (above). Deposits A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings and is payable by credit card or bank transfer. Credit card payments can be made by sending us a fax with the name and address of the card-holder, expiry date and CVV code (last three digits in italics on the back of the card) - be sure the card-holder signs the fax authorizing us to debit the card with your deposit. Please reconfirm the booking details on the fax and print your family name clearly. Cancellation Policy B&B @ Guest House: Cancellations 0 to 14 days prior to the booked period forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit. Cancellations 21 days or more forfeit 50% of the deposit. Bookings over some peak periods like Christmas or major sporting events must be paid up in advance and deposit refunds will not normally be made under any circumstances. Shortened stays are payable in full. Self-Catering Apartments: Cancellations more than one month ahead of the booking forfeit 50% of the deposit. Self-catering bookings during high season (December to March) and special events must be paid up in full one month ahead of arrival. Cancellations made within one month of arrival may be reimbursed in part for those days taken up by new bookings (at management's discretion), but otherwise forfeit the whole amount. Shortened stays are payable in full.
