The Colosseum Suite is one of Cape Town's most unique and innovative architectural landmarks situated in the central business district close to Cape Town International Convention Centre, the V&A Waterfront and Green Market Square, Cape Town’s most vibrant area.

120m2, the Suite 206 is a loft with an open plan kitchen and a large lounge area, one large luxury appointed bedroom, one office/extra room, and two en-suite bathrooms. Modular in design, the Suite can be either configured as one bedroom loft with a large office/meeting space or as a two bedrooms apartment.

Fully equipped with ADSL Wireless Internet Connection, Tel/ Fax, scanner, laser printer and copier, you can keep in touch efficiently with your business affairs. A spinning bike is also available for those who need regular work out.

The property is serviced every morning and you are more than welcome to call on our Personal Concierge service and request any optional services – from filling the fridge, to on site massages, dry cleaning, chauffeur or extra maid service, we ensure your stay is tailored to your personal requirements.

The building conveniently provides for parking bays and 24h/7 security and concierge service. Parking is easily accessible from Adderley Street and leads straight onto the front door of the Suite.

The standard rate is for one room and one or two persons sharing, including breakfast and daily servicing of the premises.
