Cool Waters is a spacious four bedroom villa situated at the end of a quiet road, on the Glen Side of Camps Bay. There is plenty of outside space, with a private patio, deck and a swimming pool and Jacuzzi area.

Next to a mountain stream and indigenous forest, the property is away from the excitement of the Camps Bay strip, yet only a short walking distance down to the beachfront. The tranquillity makes it easy to relax!




The décor throughout the whole villa has been carefully chosen and is tastefully modern and earthy with hints of colour throughout.

Cool Waters offers views of the ocean from all of the bedrooms upstairs, and the master bedroom's balcony looks out to Lions Head. The separate fourth bedroom, en-suite (separate from main house) has its own patio which overlooks the forest.

With plenty of inside and outside space, each with its own atmosphere, this villa encourages guests to relax, entertain or just make the most of being on holiday. There is a large open plan kitchen equipped with top of the range facilities and there is also a double garage with direct access into the house.
