	Unfortunately no pets allowed.
	Minimum booking periods apply (Low season - 5 nights, High season - 5 nights and Peak season - 5 nights).
	Breakage deposit equal to one night's stay levied. Refundable within 48 hour after departure, if there are no breakages, damage or pilferage.
	Daily cleaning service is an optional extra on request and not included in the rates above.
	Once weekly cleaning service included for stays of 10 days or longer.
	Please bring own beach towels.
	50% non-refundable deposit needed to confirm booking; balance on arrival, before key handover.
	Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation guests will forfeit the following % of total account: 22 - 90 days before arrival - 50%; 0 - 21 days before arrival - 100%; no arrival - 100%.
	No refund for early departure due to other bookings forgone.
	No credit card facilities available, direct deposit or electronic transfer preferred.
	Arrival from 14h00 and guests are requested to vacate by 10h00 on the day of departure.
