Set in the charming KORINGBERG village, centred in the SWARTLAND an easy hour drive on the N7 from CAPE TOWN, is a private and tranquil fully self-catering country retreat and restaurant.

Accommodation is provided in four, well appointed, fully fitted self-catering units. One, off the courtyard in the old barn, two in the farmhouse has two bedrooms each, and the other is a garden cottage.

comfort, whilst wood burning fireplaces glow and warmin winter. Elegant colourful décor finished with fine linen guarantees restful nights.

Teas, coffee and a selection of treats are available on arrival. Situated in an old farm barn built of leiklip the Café offers a relaxed country dining experience. The simple menu which changes seasonally provides an excellent choice for the discerning palate.

The Swartland is becoming well known for its olives and wines and wherever possible we make use of local produce including tender cuts of lamb and beef, dairy and poultry products, herbs, fruit and farm fresh vegetables.

Our exclusive dining experience is limited to 20 persons only so booking is essential.

Activities include Horse riding, Hiking/Biking through the Rhenosterveld, Sunset cruise and water sports at Misverstand Dam, Fly-Fishing on the Berg River, Clay Pigeon shooting and Tours throughout the SWARTLAND. These include the Swartland Winelands, Nature Reserves and Historical Sites.
