Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of full payment & deposit. Bookings are accepted on a first come first basis.
50% payment is required on booking to hold a booking – full payment required 14 days prior to stay
Cancellations in week of proposed stay will be subject to full payment.
Cancellations up to 7 days before date of commencement of stay incur a 50% cancellation fee!
Deposits are refundable up to 10 days after the end of stay should the establishment be in order & there are no breakages.
The establishment is used at your own risk. Crimson moon investments and its related parties take no responsibility & liability for loss or injury, accidental or otherwise.
Tenants are to contact crimson views/letting agent immediately in the event of any serious problems experienced during their stay.

For parties bigger than 10 pax an additional R 200 is charged per night. Please note that there is a R500 breakage deposit and a R350 post clean charge to be added to the above rates
